Easy Pork Chops...trust me.
4-6 thin pork chops
1 small sweet onion
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup/water
salt and pepper
olive oil
you could also add a green veggie to this mix for a one-dish meal

In a non-stick frying pan, add a swig of olive oil and the onions. Cook till the edges are a caramel color, then add the sliced mushrooms.Cook the mushrooms till they get to be a nice caramel color, then add the pork chops to brown on both sides - about 7 minutes on each side and for thicker chops more timeAdd a can of cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom and a 1/2 can of water to the pan; when it boils, turn down the heat and cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes.Yum. Serve over a bed of rice and you've got dinner!
