Food Find: The Twisted Root Burger Co.

I was in the Dallas/Arlington, TX area last weekend.  I know nothing about this area, and we put ourselves at the mercy of the hotel concierge.  We were looking for a local burger experience, and we were enthusiastically pointed in the direction of the Twisted Root Burger Co.

Here is my friend, Melly, standing in front of the Winnebago "Bar"
located inside the building
How fun is this?!  I love the little awning with string-lights on the side
of the Winnie.  Very cozy!

Even Guy Fieri, of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, approves!  Here is the chef-owner recipe for Buffalo Burgers.  You should definitely stop by for a burger if you are in the Dallas metro area.  There are several locations.
